Pastový med můte z cukernatět ?

  Med necukernatí ale krystalizuje, pastovaný med je již zkrystalizován ale po dobu krystalizace byl míchán a tím byla narušována krystalická vazba aby nedošlo k vytvoření velkých krystalů a tedy ke ztvrdnutí, k opětovnému procesu krystalizace může dojít pouze dojde li ke ztekucení – zahřátí medu, pak med opět začne krystalizovat ať již byl před zahřátím jakýkoliv, bez míchání (pastování) dojde k vytvoření velkých krystalu a může až ztvrdnout.
